Shipping and Returns

Orders are shipped only to the United States and Canada. Due to shipping restrictions, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card holder. Orders may be delayed because of payment, billing or shipping verification. 

Orders will not be processed on weekends or National holidays.



The Gifts Authority uses the following shipping methods:
  • Ground (Standard Shipping Method) - Takes 4-7 Business days
  • USPS - Takes 4-7 Business days

Products purchased or received under these terms and conditions are subject to export laws and regulations of the United States of America.

Order Status
You may obtain order status by contacting customer@giftsauthority.com

Backorders
"Out of Stock" items will take longer to arrive. The Gifts Authority has no control over manufacturer shipments or shipment delays.  Orders with delivery dates longer than 2 weeks will be canceled and a refund issued if payment was processed.

Order Cancellations
Due to the nature of this system, credit card charges can be processed almost immediately after notification that your order is in stock and ready to ship. As a result, cancellation may not be possible. 

You may cancel an order that has not been processed and sent to our warehouse for shipment by the  following method:

Changing Orders
You may request a change to your order by email if your order has not yet been processed:

Returns

Customer may return merchandise within 10 days of receipt for a refund. An RMA number is required on the packaging of all returned goods.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charge is not refundable and you are responsible for cost of return shipment and insurance.

Original packaging materials including manuals and all parts are required for a refund. A refund will be issued after receiving the returned merchandise with a proper RMA #.

To obtain an RMA#:    Email customer@giftsauthority.com be sure to include your name, address, order ID and invoice number of the product being returned. You may also include the reason for the return.
